These terms and conditions govern all technical maintenance, installation, repair, and contracting services provided by Mabrook Technical Services LLC.
1. Service Scope & Quotations
All quotations delivered by Mabrook Technical Services are based on on-site inspection or detailed project specifications submitted by the client. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand firmly behind our workmanship. Technical repair works carry a 30-day labor guarantee. Any replacement parts supplied carry their respective manufacturer warranty.
3. Access & Approvals
Clients are responsible for securing necessary community entry passes, building management work permits (NOCs), and gate security approvals prior to our technician arrival.
